Rates Our standard weekly all-inclusive rates begin at $550.00-650.00 (one bedroom) $725.00(two bedroom) $900.00 (Key Lime Beach Cottage). Call for our holiday/special event rates. Holiday rates apply during Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July and Memorial Day. Special events include The Rolex 24 Hour Race, Speedweeks, and The Daytona 500, Bike Week, The Pepsi 400 and Biketoberfest. WE OFFER REDUCED RATES FOR MONTHLY AND LONGER TERM STAYS. We accept Visa and MasterCard. General Policies Rates are based on the number of people confirmed for reservation. Additional people not confirmed will be charged accordingly. Check in Time is 4:00 p.m. Check out Time is 12:00 Noon There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in any of our properties. Smoking is permitted outside on our deck or courtyard areas. Pet Friendly ($50.00 per pet charge). Pets must be confirmed with reservation. Visa, MasterCard and personal checks accepted. All balances are due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation Policy Special event or holiday dates not refundable, other dates fully refundable prior to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, IF we can re-rent your unit, we will fully refund all money less a $50.00 service charge. No refunds for early departure.
